Often we don't buy veggies or only get a limited variety or quantity because we don't know what to do with them. Our members tell us, one of the best things about a weekly veggie box is that they eat more vegetables! None of us likes to waste food! If they are "right in front of you" most folks find a way to use them rather than lose them.
